10. Jerome Lafayette Curttright - He was born on September 5, 1848 in Wayne Co., Michigan Died: February 9, 1928. His first marriage was to Grace ?. He married for the second time on September 1, 1874 to Mary Francis Jarvis, daughter of Isaac Joshua Jarvis and Mary Alvira Oldham. Mary was bornMay 30, 1856 in Mondamin, Iowa and died in 1945. They had 3 children. Both Jerome and Mary are buried in Nemaha, Nebraska.
A. First child of Jerome and Mary Francis is unknown except that it was a son. He would have been born prior to 1877. Information was discovered in the obituary of Walter L. Curttright. Gertrude (Curttright) Nace remembers being told that he was older than Walter, and that he only lived a couple of years and died from smallpox.
B. Walter Lafayette Curttright - Born: November 14, 1877 in Olin, Iowa. Died: February 9, 1965. Buried in Nemaha, Nebraska. He married March 13, 1904 to Minnie May Colerick, daughter of Steve and Martha Colerick. Minnie May was born on June 29, 1886 in Mondamin, Iowa. She died onOctober 14, 1948 and is buried in Nemaha, Nebraska. They had 11 children.
i. Lottie Mary Curttright - Born: August 17, 1905 in Syracuse, Nebraska. Died: March 12, 1974. She married Louis Rieke, son of Frederick andLydia Ruegge Rieke . Louis was born on March 1, 1885 in Drake, MO. He died on January 1, 1965. Louis and Lottie lived in Dunbar until 1958 when they moved to Nemaha, Nebraska. They had one adopted daughter, Nadine.
ii. Walter Lafayette Curttright - Born: January 3, 1908 Died: April 29, 1991. Known as Wally. Buried in Nemaha, Nebraska. He married twice. He married Helen Pryor of Nemaha. She is the daughter of Walter Pryor and Opal Lukey Pryor. She died on February 28, 1999.
