In 1883, at the age of merely 13 years old, Alice was alive when on June 16th, children at a children's variety show in Victoria Hall began rushing the stage area and lobby for promised prizes. He was a powerful and controversial figure in Louisiana politics (and probably gained power through multiple criminal acts).
