Alma Katras of New Port Richey, Pasco County, FL was born on August 27, 1909. She was married to Louis Gidd Parker, and they were together until Louis' death. She had a child Louis Rudolph Parker. Alma Katras died at age 87 years old on March 1, 1997, and was buried at Cycadia Cemetery 1021 E Tarpon Ave, in Tarpon Springs, Pinellas County.

Alma was my great grandmother.She always cooked great Greek dishes for us, we spent a lot of time at her house as children. She had a stroke when I was only 12 never really recovered , went to a nursing home until she passed away. After her stroke she didnt know any of of her family, even my grandpa who was her son. We visited with her very frequently even though she wasnt aware of who we were. It was very sad for us kids not really umderstanding.
