  • Introduction

    Arthur Macleod murdered my Mother, Evelyne Feather in 1985. He received a 50 year sentence and served 1.5 year in county jail awaiting trial and another 3.5 year in Huntsville Prison. He was given an intrastate transfer to Florida and quickly violated his parole and was returned to Texas to die a few year later in custody of natural causes.
