It was one of the deadliest volcanic eruptions ever.

In 1890, at the age of merely 7 years old, Carmela was alive when on October 9th, in Satory, France, the first fixed-wing, steam powered aircraft flew. "Ader √Čole" flew, uncontrolled, for about 160 ft. at a height of just under 8 inches off the ground.

In 1892, when she was just 9 years old, on October 5th, the Dalton Gang was shot. The Gang was attempting to rob two banks - simultaneously - in Coffeyville Kansas but word spread of the robberies and townspeople with guns greeted them when they left the banks. Four members of the gang were killed - only Emmett Dalton survived his wounds and spent 14 years in prison.

Explanations of the explosion have included a comet, meteorite, natural atomic explosion, or a crashed UFO. Although it is called an impact event - the largest one in recorded earth history - there is no crater and it is widely thought that the explosion was caused by a meteor exploding 3 to 6 miles above the earth.
