    Charles Robert Bowcock was born to Harold Mathew Bowcock (1894 - 1959) and Rob Tarver (born 1895). He had one brother, Harold Matthew Bowcock, Jr. (1926 - 1991). Charles R. Bowcock married Shirley P. Stephenson in 1952 in Dade County, Florida. They had four children and divorced on August 4, 1992 in Harris County, Texas. He then married Phyllis, who survived him. Charles was survived by three daughters and one son.
