Add Memories, Stories & Photos about Frank

I was. not born until ten years after my grandfather passed away. However, I DO know that he was well respected and loved as the doctor in his community of Saint Anthony Park, ( St. Paul ) MN. My mother ( his daughter, Jeannie Wallace Balcome ) absolutely adored him. In my later years, I came to my own conclusion that my grand mother may well have been jealous of the close emotional bond between Jeannie and her father, Frank.
I did not realize, as a younger person, that my grandmother favored her other three children
much more than she ever did my mother. Later, I saw evidence of that in my grandmother's deeds, or lack of them toward my mother.
