George was the son of John & Lydia "Liddie" (Day) Longmire. He was born February 3, 1879 in Beetown, Grant County, WI and died April 21, 1951 at his farm in Soldiers Grove. He is pictured with his brother-in-law, George Martin, husband of George's sister, Sarah.
