  • Introduction

We had so much fun in his short life. We got into a lot of trouble... lol. But Jeff was an incredibly unselfish, true friend. Jeff never got the chance to start all the very important things life is really about; such as a wife and children. #40, I will always miss you buddy.

Jeff was one of my best friends ever. Though he (and all of us) had a tough exterior, he had very deep thoughts and feelings. His only true love, in my opinion, was Racquel Speak. I never had better friends than I did when I was a teenager and Jeff was one of my very best. Forever miss you #40! Tell Brandon I said hi and I'll see you again good buddy.
