A 19-yr old despondent youth was found hanged in the bedroom of his home this morning by his mother.
The victim was identified as John Christopher Mooma, son of Mrs. Lyona Mooma of 151 Tenth Ave., San Mateo.

His distraught mother told Investigating Officer Louis Del Grande she had last seen her son about midnight.
According to Deputy Coroner Bergstrom, young Mooma had been hospitalized at Belmont Hills Psychiatric Hospital last year because of severe depression and drug usage.
