Katherine Beringer married Joseph Hial Keagle (1908 - 1961) on April 10th, 1941 in Yakima, Washington and they had three daughters, including Barbara Jane (1945 - 2009) and one son, Marvin Derald Sr. (1949 - 1976). My aunt Katherine also known as Kay. She married Joseph Keagle and they had 5 children. Francis, Sharon, Barbara, Judy, and Marvin. She lived in Yakima, Washington. After uncle Joe passed. Aunt Kay married Paul Pollock, they were together until she passed in 1976. Living in her time of life you had to know just about everything about life to survive. She and uncle Joe had a small farm in Yakima where they raised their livestock, gardens, and canning of meat, vegetables and fruit. One of my favorite memories of her as a child, I remember the great cottage cheese she would make. She also made butter with the cream from their cow as well as buttermilk.
