Kay Ann Herbert and Michael Burdi Married
Of interest to Rock Island friends is the marriage today of Miss Kay Ann Herbert, daughter of Mrs. Arvid Burk, Hesperia, Mich., and the late Albert Herbert, to Michael Burdi, also of Hesperia.

Nuptial mass was celebrated and vows exchanged at 9:30 a. m. in the Church of Christ the King, Hesperia. The Albert Herbert family were Rock Island residents, and the bride was born and reared there. She attended Rock Island schools. Before moving to the Michigan city, she resided for a time with an uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Washburn, 1617 street, Rock Island. 24½

Mr. and Mrs. Burk were hosts at a wedding breakfast for the bridal party, and a wedding reception was held in the afternoon in the home of the bridegroom's parents.

The couple will reside in a new home in Hesperia.
