In 1889, when he was 21 years old, on January 15th, the Coca-Cola Company was incorporated - originally as the "Pemberton Medicine Company". In 1896, at the age of 28 years old, Michael was alive when on August 17th, the first pedestrian v car fatality occurred in Great Britain. Bridget Driscoll, age 44, was walking with her family on the grounds of The Crystal Palace in London when she was hit by a car driven by Arthur James Edsall. In 1954, in the year of Michael Omeara's passing, from April 22 through June 17th, the Army v. McCarthy hearings were held. The Army allegations were found to be true. The U.S. Senate later censured McCarthy.
