Pamela Jo (Ingham) Bosstic of Chillicothe, Ross County, OH was born on November 18, 1958 to Russell J. Ingham and Kathleen D. Ingham. Pamela Bosstic had a sibling Frances D. Fisher. She married Michael H. Cottrill, and they had children Amy Jo Cottrill, Tara Lee Smith, Betsy Elizabeth Smith, and Travis Jennings Smith. She would also marry Jeff Bosstic. Pamela Bosstic died at age 37 years old on September 2, 1996 at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, and was buried on September 4, 1996 at Floral Hills in Chillicothe.
