Elizabeth was baptized in May 1926 at Buckingham Palace Buckingham Palace Rd, in Greater London County. She was in a relationship with Philip Andrew Mountbatten beginning November 20, 1947 at Westminster Abbey (Stop R) in Greater London County, and they were together until Philip's death on April 9, 2021 in Windsor, Berkshire County. She had children Charles Philip Arthur George Windsor, Anne Elizabeth Alice Louise Windsor, Andrew Albert Christian Edward Windsor, and Edward Antony Richard Louis Windsor. Elizabeth Windsor died at age 96 years old on September 8, 2022 at Balmoral Castle.

    Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Windsor was the first child of the Duke of York (later King George VI) and the Duchess of York, Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon (later Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother). She served as Queen of England after her father, George VI, died in 1952, serving until she died on September 8th 2022. Her reign was 70 years and 7 months, the longest of any monarch of Great Britain. Elizabeth had one sister, Margaret (1930 - 2002), later the Countess of Snowdon. Queen Elizabeth II, as she was officially known, married Philip Mountbatten, Duke of Edinburgh (1921 - 2021) in 1947, before she became Queen. Prince Philip's father was Prince Andrew of Greece and Denmark, and his mother was Princess Alice of Battenberg. They had 4 children: Charles, who is now the King Charles III of the United Kingdom, Anne, Princess Royal, Prince Andrew, Duke of York, and Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex.
