She had siblings William Macklin, Mary Ann Macklin, Elizabeth Mcklin, Maria Mcklin, Mary Ann Jane (Macklin) Smith, John Thomas Macklin, and Charles Henry Macklin. Sarah Macklin died at age 1 year old in 1868.
