Sidney O'Neil Arceneaux Sr. was born on April 27, 1932 in Port Arthur, Texas United States to Paul Kenneth Arceneaux Sr. and Verna Henrietta Van Brocklin Arceneaux, and had a brother Paul Kenneth Arceneaux Jr. He married Madeline Ann Battaglio Arceneaux in 1954 in Port Arthur, Jefferson County, and had a child Katherine Marie “Kathy” (Arceneaux) Charles. Sidney Arceneaux died at age 89 years old on August 9, 2021 in Port Arthur.
