He was married to Judith Dorothy Sandler in 1955 in Brooklyn, Kings County, NY, and they were together until Stanley's death on September 9, 2003 in Manchester, Hillsborough County, NH. He had children Elizabeth (Sandler) Spindel, Valerie Barbara Gervickas, Scott Joel Sandler, and Adam Richard Sandler. Stanley Sandler was buried on September 14, 2003 in Manchester.
