Tom B Smith of Cisco, Eastland County, TX was born on April 12, 1924. He married Josephine (Willoughby) Smith on December 10, 1986 in Brown County, TX and they later separated on July 15, 1987 in Eastland County. He also married Josephine (Willoughby) Smith on August 24, 1987 in Brown County and they later separated on September 9, 1987 in Eastland County. Tom Smith died at age 71 years old in January 1996.
