Ban the Bomb Protestors
At a 1962 Ban the Bomb protest, Denise Davidson sleeps while her mother (Mrs. Donald Davidson) carries a sign. The "bomb" refers to the atom bomb. They're protesting outside the United Nations building to protest the a-bomb testing by the U.S. Oh yes, the U.S. set off a-bombs on U.S. soil in the late 1950's and early 1960's.
