A photo of Charlyne Creger (1918 -- 2005) who went for her first airplane flight with internationally renowned aviator Wiley Post in 1927 at the age of eight - A WASP and her plane.

She graduated from the WASP program in 1944. After the war she served as a USAF nurse and eventually studied anesthesiology in London under the anesthesiologist to Queen Elizabeth II.
