Curtis Camp
I've "rescued" an old photograph of Curtis CAMP which was taken at the Moffitt's Studio in New Britain, CT sometime in the 1880's. Curtis appears to be in his 70's at the time the photograph was taken. Based on limited research I was able to locate the following information regarding Curtis and his family:
Curtis Coe CAMP was b. 16 Oct 1807 in Middletown, CT to parents Fairchild CAMP (b. 15 Sept 1778 in Middletown or Durham, CT-d. 22 Apr 1854 in Durham, CT) and Melicent or Millicent COE (b. 25 Mar 1782 in Middlefield, CT-1854). Curtis was one of 10 children born to this couple including, William CAMP; Laura C. or Stow CAMP FOWLER; William CAMP; Eunice M. CAMP; Alvah CAMP; Eliza or Elizah CAMP ATWELL; Cornelia C. or M. CAMP; Curtis Coe CAMP; Alexander CAMP; and Enoch Fairchild CAMP, all born in Middlesex Co. CT between 1801 and 1827. Curtis was married two or three times, first to Sabina or Sabrina Abia HART (1817-1846) on 18 Jan 1844 in Connecticut, and his second marriage was to Mary E. HART or HARD (b. 1823 in New Britain, CT-d. 4 Jan 1861 in New Britain, CT) with another identified wife being Mary Wheaton ODELL.
With his first wife Sabina he had a son, Theron Hart CAMP (1845-1932). Curtis died 26 Jul 1890 in New Britain, CT and is buried in the Fairview Cemetery in New Britain, CT.
Census records provide the following details:

1880 census of New Britain, CT:

I am hoping to be able to return the photograph to a family member and would appreciate you contacting me if you are a member of this family, or you know someone who might be.
Thanks,
Shelley
