A little over two year ago I stopped my full time job of management to care for my elderly mother, that is bed-ridden. Shortly after this, I also bought a new p.c. With the p.c. came several c.d.'s for use with genealogy research. At first I didn't use it, then one day i decided to load my info into it, and I have been hooked on genealogy ever since. Since starting my quest I have found my mothers line back to Rome. I can't possible list all of the names here, but some of the more common American ones are Woodson, Napier, Adams, Jefferson, James, Randolph, Epps, Hodges, Mann, Lawler. This line decends from Scotland, England and the royal lines in both countries. Dutton is another of the many names in my mothers history. Currently I am working on one line on my mothers side...POLK, TATUM, GRAVES, GLEASON, LAWLER. All of these are related and lived mainly in Mississippi, Ar and Tn. On my dads side is the HILL, CAMPBELL, SMITH, DICKERSON'S of Tn, N.C., Ar and Ok. Please contact me with any info on any of these lines. Karen :>)
