J.P Morgan 1936 Washington DC

Description:
J.P. Morgan partner testifying in the Senate - almost 80 years ago! Partner Arthur M. Anderson was telling the Senate Railroad Financing Inquiry that his firm and other New York banks "lost money" through financing the terminal deal between Missouri Pacific Railroad and Terminal Share Inc. They handled a 61 million dollar bond in 1931. Truly, nothing changes except the players!
