NOVEMBER 2004, 10 DOWNING STREET, LONDON, ENGLAND, SEEN RECEIVING AWARD FROM BRITISH PRIME MINISTER, TONY BLAIR, FOR HELPING WITH THE MURDER CASE OF A BRITISH TEEN, 13 YEAR OLD CAROLINE DICKINSON OF CORNWALL, WHO WAS ON A CLASS TRIP IN 1996 TO PLEINE-FOUGERES (MONT ST MICHEL), FRANCE WITH CLASSMATES AND TEACHERS , WAS MURDERED AND SEXUALLY ASSAULTED THERE WHILE STAYING OVERNIGHT IN A YOUTH HOSTEL BY A SPANISH MALE WHO FLED AND WAS LOCATED WITH THE HELP OF TOMMY ONTKO, CUSTOMS & BORDER PROTECTION, INTEL OFFICER, AND WAS THEN ARRESTED IN MIAMI, FLORIDA, USA IN APRIL 2001 AFTER THE CASE WENT COLD AROUND 1996.
