Saphronia Mae (Booe) Glidewell of Crowell, Knox County, Texas United States was born on July 11, 1886 in Mansfield to Thomas Ransom Booe and Willie Jane Lea (Stanley). She married Russell Burr Glidewell Sr. on August 2, 1908 in Hopkins County, and had children James Thomas “Jake” Glidewell, Alvis Gertie Glidewell, Russell Burr Glidewell Jr., and Joy Leon Glidewell. Saphronia Glidewell died at age 89 years old on August 5, 1975 in Dallas.
