Willard A Theriac of Sumner, Lawrence County, Illinois United States was born on August 13, 1944 in Vincennes, Knox County, IN to Edward Willis Theriac and Gladys Irene Killion. He had siblings Guy Theriac, Ira Theriac, Earl Theriac, Willis Theriac, Grant Theriac, Roy Theriac, Bonnie Theriac Phegley, Flossie Theriac Moore, Elizabeth Theriac, Franklin Deeley, and Robert Deeley. Willard was baptized at United Pentecostal Tabernacle 1138 Perry St, in Vincennes. He married Cheryl Faye (Frederick) Theriac, and had children Andrea Faye Theriac Piper and Daisy Irene Theriac. Willard Theriac died at age 58 years old on December 5, 2002 at His home in Sumner, Lawrence County, IL, and was buried on December 7, 2002 at Memorial Garden in Vincennes, Knox County, IN.
