I married Chadwick John Wallace on January 6, 2011. It was the same day that George Washington got married. I had a very small Jewish wedding. Chad's biological father is a Terry L. Bryson. His mother remarried Gary Wallace when he was a small boy. I believe his parents are Christians. We converted to Judaism in September of 2009. I, Betty, was originally a Buddhist from Laos. My mother, Angel, died from lung cancer in February of 2006 and she was under 60 (no she didn't smoke). My father, Andy Arya, is still alive and living in West Palm Beach, Florida with his two daughters, Carol and Anoza, a son-in-law, Cameron, (pilot for Continental) and a grandson, William. I have one brother, Johnny Arya, who is a police officer in Dallas, Texas. His wife is Kathy. She has a daughter name Brooke. Johnny's other children from the first marriage are Max and Julia. Step-son is Boa Tay. All half white and half asian. Chadwick's sister is Joni Gray and step-brother is Jaye C. Wallace. Their mother, Leah Joan Wallace, is currently on a breathing apparatus in a nursing home. I am grateful and happy to be a Wallace.

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound skinless, bonless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) CAMPBELL'S Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetable combination, thawed (microwave on HIGH 4 minutes)
4 cups hot Broth Simmered Rice
1. In medium skillet over meduim-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate.
2. Add soup, soy sauce and garlic powder. Heat to a boil. Add vegetables and cook over medium heat until
vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring often. Serve over rice.
Broth Simmered Rice Prep/Cook Time: 10 minutes Stand Time: 5 minutes
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) CAMPBELL'S Condensed Chicken Broth
3/4 cup water
2 cups uncooked Minute Original Rice
In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, heat broth and water to a boul. Stir in Rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
Serves 4
