Andrewina Morison Heald
Photo of Andrewina Morison, born October 1, 1842 in North Leith, Midlothian, Scotland; daughter of Andrew Lowe Morison and Helen Simpson Doig. Andrewina remained in Hobart, Tasmania, after her family returned to Scotland. Andrewina married Henry Heald, Jr. on Feb. 28, 1867 in Launceston, Tasmania. Per grgrgranddaughters, Margaret Brown and Janice Fletcher: "In 1878 Heald and Morison were tailors, hatters and general outfitters in Brisbane Street, Launcestion and later, known as H. Heald, St John Street. The Tasmanian Exhibition 1891-92 official catalogue states that Mrs Heald and Miss Heald were in the Tasmanian Exhibition Choir, but sadly, Andrewina died prior to the opening of the Exhibition on 7 Sep 1891." 7 Oct 2005
