CHARLIE F. GREEN, SR. DEPEW, Okla. - Charlie F. Green, Sr., 90-year-old resident of Depew, Okla., died Monday, August 20, 2001, at Grace Living Center in Jenks, Okla. Born November 25, 1910 in White Oak, Mo., he was the son of Ezra Green and Daisy Foster Greene. Mr. Greene had been a radio repairman. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the United States Army. Mr. Greene was a Baptist. He was preceded in death by one grandson, Randall Greene, and three brothers, Red Greene, Reuben Greene and Martin Greene. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Bright Greene, of the home; one son, Charlie F. Greene, Jr. and his wife, Carol, of Depew; one daughter, Vasilia Spencer, Tulsa, Okla.; two grandchildren, Heath Spencer and Gabrielle Spencer, both of Tulsa; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers, Powell Greene and Harry Greene, both of Belleville, Ill.; two sisters, Mae Fortman and Kate Hill, both of Walterloo, Ill., and a number of nieces and nephews. Graveside services were at 2 p.m. Wednesday, August, 22, at Johnson Cemetery, Delaware County. Burial followed in the Johnson Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Ark. EDITED (by Gabrielle Spencer - Ginn): Corrected known misspelled names)
