Corinne joined her husband in Texas while he was recupperating at the military hospital base. During that time she worked there as a chauffer to the officers.
She enjoyed watching TV and movie westerns. Corinne worked in needlepoint and crafted crazy quilts. She is remembered as a down-to-earth, good-natured woman who never gave up being a flapper!
