Frank "Eugene" Bates, was born April 27, 1952 in Denver, Co., to Walter and Reva Bates. Eugene married Pamela Lewis on July 21, 1974 in Grand Junction, Co., he worked for Grand Valley Transit for a long time as a Driver Trainer. The family moved to Tulsa in 2007. Eugene was Baptized into the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn, on May 8, 1968 by Brother Alvin Young in Grand Junction, Co. Eugene is survived by his wife Pam of the home, sons Justin, wife Kim of Fruita, Co., Robert of Cushing, Ok., Walter of Denver, Co., Candiss of Tulsa, Ok.,and Tamalisa Crane of Agra, OK. Grandchildren, Jordan & Kloe Bates, Mason Bates, Archia Crane and Breccan Crane. Sister Marcella Richardson, Camby, IN. and numerous nieces and nephews. Eugene enjoyed photography, working on computers, barbecuing and spending time with family and friends. Mr. Bates was preceeded in death by his parents Walter and Reva Bates. Sister Retha Ballard and brother Randy Bates.
