Fred J. Henneman of Livingston died at Emanuel Medical Center, Turlock.
Mr. Henneman was a native of Hilmar and a lifelong resident of Merced County.
He was the owner of a feed store.
He was president of AARP in Merced County and was on the Citizens Advisory Committee for the city of Livingston.
He enjoyed gardening, planting and carpentry.
He is survived by his brother, Bob Henneman of Atwater; sister, Doris Souza of Atwater; and four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Henneman; and children, Rick Henneman and Susan Henneman.
