Harald Skoog of Hällekis, Götene County, Västra Götaland County Sweden was born on August 22, 1906 in Iron Mountain, Dickinson County, Michigan United States to Wilhelm Johansson Skoog and Anna (Karlsson) Skoog. He had siblings Karl Thornston Skoog, Mabel Skoog, and Margrit Skoog. Harald Skoog died at age 5 years old on April 15, 1912, and was buried on April 15, 1912.

Harald boarded Titanic as 3rd class with his parents and siblings Karl (11) Mabel (9) Margrit (birthday was on April 14, 1910). The ship struck an iceberg on April 14, 1912 in the North Atlantic Ocean at 11:45 pm then sank by splitting in two at 2:25 am. The whole family perished in the sinking. None of their bodies were found.
