More Than Just My Stepfather!! Homer was my step father (leave off the step part). He was the best father a child could ask for. He loved and protected us. Even though we were grown he would still wait up at night for us to make sure we returned home safely. That's what type of man he was. A kind, compassionate, giving, caring soul. A beautiful heart and an amazing personality.
