I attended Engineering School with Otto at the University of South Florida
USF. Otto was the smartest person I have ever met. He was warm, kind, and understanding of people less gifted than himself. He was a trusted and loyal friend and confidant. Otto, Wahel, and I used to go out to eat after a hard test or grinding Electronics lab. I was heartbroken to hear of his passing. He taught me so much about Electronics, modesty, and kindness, I think of him often and strive
to be as humble and accepting of others difference as he was.
