Canaan, NH – Robert Russell “Action Bob” Rudder, 10, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.
He was born July 20, 2000 in New London, CT a son of Clifford L. and Tamu A. (Jache) Rudder, Sr. He was born a Navy brat and lived in Connecticut and Italy while his father was in the service, before the family moved to Canaan, where he was currently a 5th grade student at the Indian River School. He was very thoughtful and grew up playing on his grandparent’s farm where he developed a love for nature; he was always trying to save animals, as well as the simple things in life. He enjoyed dragons, snakes, riding his bike, playing his guitar and spending time with his family. What made him happiest though was being with his brother’s. They were always together, viewed as the Three Musketeers.
He is survived by his parents Clifford and Tamu of Canaan; two brothers Clifford L. Rudder, Jr. and Timothy David Earl Rudder both of Canaan; his paternal grandparents Robert and Dianna Rudder of Canaan and Delina and Howard Nichols of Canaan; his maternal grandparents Steven and Vivian Jache of North Dakota and Elaine and Bob Blackwell of South Carolina; his paternal great-grandmother Sara Dyer of Newport, VT; two aunts Patricia Parkington of Enfield, NH and Vita Nichols of Lyme, NH; three uncles Robert Rudder, III of Canaan, Howard Nichols, Jr. of Lyme and Allen Rudder of Enfield as well as cousins Faith and Thomas Cady, Matthew Rudder and Roxanna Combs.
