Great picture - but his name was Colin Byers. He founded a small town in Kansas (Byers City) where he ran a general store when he wasn't following the carnival circuit and selling caramel corn with peanuts (now called Cracker Jacks).

Oops, my bad. His name WAS William. Colin was the Goldsworthy grandfather.
