Artemesia Taylor Farrar
Artemisia Taylor Farrar Hembree is my 4TH Generation Grandmother on my Mother's side. She was supposely the Daughter of Richard Farrar born 05 May 1792 in Barren, Kentucky, USA and died 07 Oct 1879 Franklin, Missouri, USA married Lydia Frances Harrison Abt. 1819 she was born 25 Mar 1793 in Virginia, USA and died 29 Jan 1873 in Virginia, USA. She was said to be an Indian Princess but as you can see here she must have been an Indian. Her headstone has the carving of "MH" and nothing else, but is next to William Jordon Hembree. If anyone has any other information please contact me.
