She married Ataul Hameed Osama, and had children Ataul Kaleem Osama, Ataul Nasir Osama, Ataul Majeed Osama, and Tahira Lubina Osama. Ayesha Osama died at age 49 years old in April 2004 in Dayton, Montgomery County.
