These were the Deligate & Alternate Ribbons belonging to Pearl Sherfesee when she attended the State Conference of the NSDAR in Houston Tx. I am honored to own these ribbons as I too have attended the Texas State Conference of the NSDAR for the past two years as a deligate also.
