George A. Baker, C. & W.M. Fireman

On the back of this picture it says Freemont, Michigan. 10 March 1892. I am supposing that was his birthdate and birthplace because the picture was taken in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This picture was included in an old album that contained some pictures of the Richard & Jemima Scott family. I would like to know the relationship between George & Florence Baker and the Scott family.
