George W. Howard

This is George Washington Howard, 2nd husband of my great, great grandmother Sereptha Williams and step-father of my great grandfather Benjamin Watts. From the clothing and his appearance I think the picture was probably taken in the late 1850's or early 1860's. They lived in Texas.
