Married to Janet Virginia Lloyd in 1955. Had two children, Deborah Ann Vawter born 8/31/56 and Michael Aaron Vawter born 4/26/60. Raised his family in Laurel Maryland and worked for NSA. enjoyed scuba diving and exercise of all sorts. Loved to read and thought education was very important. He now has 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
