Levi and Elizabeth Morgan
A photo of Levi and Elizabeth Morgan. They lived in Doddridge Co. WV for at least 50 years. I cannot find who Levi's parents were. He is supposedly related to the earlier Levi Morgan born 1766.

I believe this is Levi born June 23, 1828 mothered by Priscilla Ice. Wife appears to be his paternal cousin, Elizabeth Jane Morgan, born July 14, 1828. Probably descended from Col. Morgan Morgan who had many Levi descendants (including our Levi Aaron Morgan). They usually served in the military so I would look for his confederate records.

is there any welsh connection with your levi morgan? My Great uncle was levi morgan lewis born 1901 i think, His mother was jane morgan born 1876 and father john buckland lewis. i believe Jane morgan's father was also levi morgan too but dont know anythin else, other than on the 1891 census they lived in ystradgynlais south wales. Know its a long shot but thought it worth a try with yours. regards

hi, im trying to find information on my g grandmother whom was jane lewis nee morgan. I think her father may have been levi morgan?? in the 1891 census they lived in ystradgynlais. Anyone can give me information on levi morgan id be so grateful. Jane married john lewis, Think John also lived with them along with a benjamin lewis,Could these two have been brothers?? i believe sarah buckland was johns mother but had not heard of a benjamin until discovered the census and found these names together, unsure yet on johns father, maybe william/john or thomas? Stuck!! if anyone can help be really greatful.
