She married James Oscar Glass (b.May 27, 1882/d. Sept 25, 1904). Lula and James' children: James ARchie, Della Eva Lee, Lee Otis, Benjamin Franklin, Annie Pearl, Idell, Willie Mae, Samuel Oscar.
