Lula Estelle (Boatwright) Williams was born on February 7, 1872 in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina United States to Thomas Jefferson Boatright and Nancy Jane (Williams) Boatright. She was in a relationship with William Wright 'Clem' Williams, and had children Chester Clay Williams, Nannie Clara Williams, Harold Thomas Williams, William Wright Williams, and Ward Allison Williams. Lula Williams died at age 82 years old on September 14, 1954 in Reidsville, Rockingham County, and was buried in Greensboro, Guilford County.
