After a little research, I believe this may be Lura/Laura Sutton Swinney born abt 1852 New Jersey, daughter of Robert P. and Edith Newcomb Sutton. Found in 1880 and 1900 Smyrna, Kent Co., Delaware census
Wife of Dr. Curtis Swinney.
