Margaret C Sinthavong of New Castle, New Castle County, DE was born on November 28, 1960 to Arlene Virginia Reeley. Margaret Sinthavong had a sister Patricia Virginia Baldwin. She was the parent of Kenneth Joseph Passwaters. She married Phouvong Sinthavong, and they had children Laura Virginia Sinthavong, James Lee Sinthavong, Stacie Lynn Basinger, and Amy Renee White. Margaret Sinthavong died at age 48 years old on January 31, 2009, and was buried at Evergreen cemetery.
