Melissa Jane (Guymon) Jewkes

Matriach! Melissa Jane GUYMON was born on February 24, 1859, in Parowan, Utah, her father, James, was 42 and her mother, Rhoda, was 28. She married William Henry Jewkes on December 27, 1878, in Fountain Green, Utah. They had eight children in 23 years. She died on February 2, 1951, in Orangeville, Utah, at the age of 91, and was buried there.
